A few days ago, I decided that I was a still life painter. So then I decided, if I am going to paint still life, I'm going to do it my way. I am not sure too many people would want this on their wall, or if the background overwhelms the fruit, but I kind of like it! I am open to suggestions. If you want to buy it, it's on my Etsy page.

ReplyDeleteI like the background, as well as its combination with the blue foreground. It doesn't overwhelm the fruits in my opinion. It's an unusual and beautiful still life. Well done!

ReplyDeleteThis is delightful in every way. I love especially the way the pineapple leaves add a spikey texture next to the other curvey shapes. It's full of life!
