Our local paint group has been having challenges every month or two. The last one featured a toothbrush. This one was a childs goggles,3 for $1. My husband, being the good sport that he is, agreeded to put them on so I could paint a close-up. He was horrified when he saw the result and it was only while I was painting that I realized he had the goggles on upside down!
I love it!
ReplyDeleteCute painting...funny story!
ReplyDeleteI love it, I haven't stopped laughing yet, poor hubby! Tell him, nobody would recognize him without the goggles.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! Brilliant painting (as always) and thanks for the laugh! Been going back as have had no computer for a week - always a pleasure seeing your work Carol.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is terriffic! Perfect composition and your colors are great. When I saw it pop up on my blog roll it really stood out. Wonderful painting!
ReplyDeleteGreat painting Carol! Love it...so much fun!
ReplyDeleteTOO FUN!!!! And I'm with Diana...no one will know it's your hub-man...except that you've told us...!
ReplyDeleteSo funny! Great technique, but a very amusing painting. And I'm sure it wasn't the easiest to paint with all those beveled edges. LOL at the part about finding they were on upside down. I'm sure it was insult to injury for your very patient hubby. HA!
ReplyDeleteYou two had fun with this one! It's great, carol!
