As if one cabbage painting is not enough, I did another!  Same cabbage, different view.  You can see how pretty is was with the big leaves surrounding the head.

  5. wow, these cabbages are great! Love the variety of colors. The purples in the previous post are so dramatic, and the light seems to shine through the leaves on the right side. Lovely work. Been working like crazy, trying to finish paintings for the show, so I missed your NY posts. Will have a look through your always interesting comments.

  6. Love both of these cabbages, Carol. It would be hard to choose a favorite because they both have their own unique beauty. Love the airy feel of this one with that gorgeous use of turquoise.

  9. As nice as the previous one, Carol! I once had a dinner guest who arrived with a giant cabbage with all the outer leaves intact! He wanted to bring flowers but found the cabbage more beautiful! Regards from Cape Town!
