TANGERINE STILL LIFE 8X10, OIL
I always enjoy painting on a black ground....it makes for such a dramatic scene.
I like how you left the black background around the banana stems and also to accentuate the tangerines. Wonderful colors. When I look at it, I keep thinking "group hug". I have no idea why :)
Beautilful...I really enjoy the perspective that you painted from. Your color is so wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours and your composition is excellent!
ReplyDeleteFirst you introduce me to the "brilliant" colors from Gamblin, now I must try this black background stuff!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! The colors are warm, cheerful and inviting! I left you an award on my blog. Please watch the movie and claim your award!
ReplyDeleteCarol, you always paint the most glorious fruit, so color rich and vibrant!
