John Oliver Cabin in Cades Cove, TN, daily painting, small oil painting, rustic wall decor, cabin wall decor

John Oliver was the original settler in the Cades Code area of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.  His cabin still stands, and on the day I was there, there were blazing daylilies surrounding it.

    This is a beautiful painting, Carol. I just got back from Cades Cove. Love going there...almost a guarantee to seeing a bear OR two.
