Will this virus never go away? Days sometimes feel dreary.  I feel that way too, and decided it was the perfect time to paint something bright and cheery.

I am trying to capture that moment when the whole world has a golden glow.  My image showed a live oak, draped in spanish moss with the sun setting in the background.

This is a subject that I intend to revisit.  I have just returned from a Elio Comacho workshop and will try to apply some of his techniques to this landscape.
