THE MOST WONDERFUL GRANDDAUGHTER IN THE WORLD!

Yesterday was a fun day. We went to ArtiGras, the big art festival in Palm Beach County, FL where my granddaughter was a finalist in the student division. She was fortunate enough to win FIRST PLACE of all 8th grades! I am so very proud of her. In October she was named student of the month at her middle school of over 1200 students. Enough bragging, the photos are her winning artwork and her very proud art teacher and his lovely daughter. Don't know who the cow is.

Carol, that is awesome! Your granddaughter is already an award winning artist. Her painting is amazing, she has really captured the human form perfectly. She inherited your talent...

Love when good people listen to their own voice, follow through by exercising their creative edge, ...and then actually get recognized for it...amazing on all points!
Print out all our of Pride speak for her, so she can dip into the deep well of admiration if she ever finds her Self in doubt; though doubtful.
Kudos to all involved in bringing to fruition.

Wow wow wow!!! We all know where she gets all that talent from now don't we. How wonderful for it to be realized at such an early age. Congratulations to her and to you and your great genes!

One of the things I love about kids' art is the imagination they display. That is evident in this painting by your talented granddaughter. How exciting to win first place!
