WILTED TULIPS BY KELLIE HILL
I have been very lucky lately, first by having the wonderful artist Annie Salness paint my portrait in the Karin Jurick challenge, and now, I have won this terrific painting from an artist who's work I admire. Kellie Hill hosted a painting give away on her blog and I was fortunate enough to win it. This lovely painting of tulips that have seen their better days is now on my bedroom wall. Thank you Kellie, I love it! I hope you all will check out her blog. Click on the names above to go to their sites.

Well done Carol - it's a beautiful painting and may you enjoy it for many many years to come.
Wow! I think it could not be happening to a nicer person. Congratulations!
I came over here from Nancy's blog. I love your still life paintings! They are gorgeous.
lucky you!!lovely painting.
Carol, these look remarkably like squash blossoms (they are really pretty blossoms and grow like weeds in Texas). Congrats on your big win! isn't that fun...
