THE WETLANDS, 6x8, OIL, SOLD, Daily Painting

In Florida we have an abundance of wetlands, especially along the coasts.  They are home to birds of all kinds, not to mention, otters, snakes, gators and bobcats.

This image is the Viera wetlands, very famous in the birding community.  Birder's from around the world visit the wetlands hoping to spy a rare type of bird.  They also come for the annual bird count.

Our state is such a fascinating place to live.  We can offer much more than just beaches and Mickey Mouse.

Love the colors in this piece. Very wetlandish. I like the warm sky and the bits of warm greens against the cool blues. Yes, your state has much beauty to offer.
