AND THEY COULDN'T PUT HUMPTY TOGETHER AGAIN, 6X8, OIL

This month, our group challenge was an egg. Being me, I decided to get an egg yolk on it's way into the bowl. I actually got the shot, but the shutter speed was wrong so I settled for this one. Let me tell you it was not easy, reaching inside the light box, broken egg in one hand and camera in the other, trying to manipulate both at the correct time. Anyway, this is one of two paintings I did. The other was posted a few days ago.

Wow.... You captured that gooey egg white perfectly! You didn't know you were such a great multi-tasker did you? Awesome image!

I love your work! How many eggs did you go through to get this shot?

A lot of hidden meaning in your image, Carol!Like Sheila, I admire the technique and accomplishment of your task, but am amused by the prim-ordeal slush running through the cracked surface!

Thank you all, for your comments. Liz, I only used one egg, just poured it back into the shell several times.
