PERSISTENCE PAYS OFF, 6X8, OIL, SOLD

A perfect beach day...kids running around, surfer's waiting for the "great one", birds overhead.  Lots of sunshine and the beautiful Atlantic...what more could we ask for?  I think this gentleman was asking for just a little more, but as far as I could tell, no luck!  There is always tomorrow.

The blues in this piece are so wonderful. So enticing. I love the crabs too! Wonderful color harmony.

I've never painted the ocean, but your work always makes me want to try. Wonderful blue color combinations

Lovely Carol, I wish I could really feel that ocean breeze today. Hubby decided to turn off the AC because its "not as HOT" today. Still too hot for me, where's my swim suit?

Fantastic job on the ocean! The breaking waves and calmer water in the foreground is just great! The figure adds so much interest and scale to the piece. Love it!

Great waves. Love those blue shadows in the shirt, too.
