SOUTHEASTERN WETLAND, 5X7, OIL, SOLD

Another abstract marsh painting.  Tomorrow I will post more in my series of half fruits and veggies.  I have been posting 5 days a week now for 6 months and I can see the changes in my paintings.  I thought it would be difficult to find something interesting to paint every day, but I find the real difficulty for me is to find something interesting to write.  I may have to revert to one of those artists who posts their paintings with no commentary.  I wish I were one of those clever types or more technical.  I don't suppose there is any chance I will change at this stage of life...the only changes I see are accentuating my more undesirable traits, improvement seems out of the relm of possibilities.

Great painting. Love how abstract it is with a streak of pink and another of green. It came out great!

Wonderful abstract landscape, Carol. Your work is so fresh, yet so strong and grounded.

Hi Carol, Nice colors and composition. Can't wait for the weather to break so I can get outside and paint!!

It's a beautiful scene Carol with some very good strokes! As for the writing part when the painting speaks for itself , I think that in itself is an accomplishment! So don't worry about it!
