Flowers bring so much into our lives.  Even the most dreary of days are easily brightened by viewing a garden full of blooming flowers.

I don't do a lot of flowers, they frustrate me, but I am planning to try a few. I felt I had to give this one a try. I was on my way to paint with my group, wondering what I would work on, and when I stepped outside, my gardenia bush had it's first bloom of the season. I took it along, was not successful but tried again later in the day.
