Daily Painting Seascape in Oil, 4x12" "Tropical Waters" SOLD

I love to do seascapes, especially with a palette knife, as it allows me to use plenty of texture.  I  like working with the ocean, it seems like a different place minute by minute.

How cool to have all this texture and all these shades of blue, aqua and green.

Being an artist is a good thing....I am very grateful.

Have a wonderful day!

A belated happy birthday Carol!

And this is so lush - love your thickness of strokes.

Beautiful, Carol! So strong it comes across in the tiny thumbnail on my blog. Love all the colors and textures! Glad you're back in the studio and I guess I missed your birthday. Hope you had a happy one and all the best in the New Year!

reminds me a bit of Micheal J Strang, who achives so many brilliant textures and wonderfull colours on such a small scale.
