PARISIAN CAFE, 8X8, OIL, SOLD

I am planning a trip to Paris, so when I saw Genie's photograph of a cafe table waiting to be cleared, I had to paint it!  Genie is the author of the interesting and fun blog, "Paris and Beyond" and she was kind enough to allow me to use her photograph from her January 15, 2011 post.  Check out her blog.  If you love Paris, you will love her blog.  If you have never been there, you will want to go!  Her fantastic photos of Paris, decorated for Christmas is reason enough to spend time with her.

PARISIAN LATTE, SOLD

Close your eyes and imagine yourself sipping this yummy latte in a Parisian cafe on a cool rainy morning. That is what I think about every time I see this painting. Makes me want to hop on a plane and head back to Paris as fast as I can! Unfortunately, that's not going to happen anytime soon.
