Oooooo..... love this one, Living by the coast myself I have tried so often to paint the sea, you have got it just right. Lots of colours and movement, and gosh, I could picture myself riding those rollers!! Ha Ha, in my dreams...
I love the way you paint Carol. I think I've said that before, but it deserves repeating. Your use of paint is something I constantly strive to emulate, but I'm not anywhere near that yet. Your grapes in your last post are also amazing. They absolutely glow.
I loooooooooooooooooooove this!!! Nothing like rolling waves to clear the mind.
Apart from colours ,i also like the composition of this painting.Different than usual sea scapes. It is sea with closeup view.keep it up.
This one has lots of power in the way you handled the paint. It makes me imagine these waves as very strong. This is a wonderful series!
Hi Carol, I think your seascapes are great. Your paintings have a certain mystical glow to them. I just noticed that you're from Melbourne, Florida. I was just there in January (my step-mother lives in Indialantic). What a lovely town!
WOW... I love the colors in the waves and in the sea... VERY VERY NICE!!
Superb seacapes, especially 'Rollers', very powerful.
Hello, in Italy today is the feast of the woman, GREETINGS!
Beautiful painting, Carol! I like how the lights were applied thickly. And those little bits of light yellow sparkle like the sun.
Hi Carole - love this one! Interesting how morning light is cooler and you certainly are getting that in these paintings!
Hi Carol
This painting has lots of energy.
You have created lots of movement in what is a complicated scene with suggestion rather than detail.
Masterly
Regards
Love this one! I'm leaving the cold mid-west for a vacation in Florida and can't wait to hit the beaches. I hope they are as beautiful as your surf paintings!
