Daily Painting, "Waves", Seascape, 6x8", Oil, SOLD

I enjoy trying to capture the feel of the surf rushing to shore on my canvas.

The ocean seems to have a different character and color each time I visit.  This is the east coast of Florida, while California is much more rugged and has a deep rich blue hue.

I like to use my daily paintings very informally in my home.  Just prop them up where ever the mood strikes! No frame necessary!

SURF IS UP!, 5x7, OIL

Just what I needed today!  I am so behind, trying to juggle about six balls in the air at once, knowing I cannot do it all, and I struck gold!  I found a little painting I had done months ago and somehow, forgotten to post.  So here it is, my lifesaver of the week!

Have a great weekend!

ROLLERS - 6x8 - OIL ON CANVAS PANEL - SOLD

Another of my surf paintings. It is amazing to me that I took all these photos on the same day at the same place, and the same time, and yet the paintings are coming out with totally unique hues. It could be my state of mind, or maybe the lighting ? As my husband likes to say "It is what it is."
